›Rebuilt a legacy Expo SDK 51 JavaScript client as a strict TypeScript app on Expo SDK 57 and the New Architecture.
›Shipped one binary covering six roles through role-based Expo Router groups with route guards across 82 routes.
›Replaced eleven ad-hoc sockets with a single typed Socket.IO façade that writes straight into the TanStack Query cache.
›Built a design system of 7 token files, light and dark themes and 19 primitives, rebuilt from the legacy palette.
›Locked CI on 1,775 tests across 175 suites, strict typecheck, lint, dead-code and i18n parity over three locales.
